Planning and Preparation

We had to make up a story quickly so we chose to do a doctor scene with a patient coming in for a diagnosis. Initially no props were needed. Joyce and Attilla were playing the roles of Doctor and Patient and Dionne directed and took the shots.

The Storyboard

This is a storyboard of what we are going to film. In this scene Attilla is a patient and Joyce is the doctor and she came to get results for tests she had done previously. The doctor then tells her that she has a mental illness and she doesn't take it lightly. If we had more time we would've done more shots, like Atilla's reaction to her diagnosis and of her sitting down. Some of the shots could have been improved by adding angles to some of the shots to show dominance and sub-ordinance and better framing of the shots so the type of shot is clearer.
